[Resolved] PaySense — Threated calls due to unable to pay emi job loss
I am writing to inform you about the urgent matter regarding the threats I have been receiving from loan recovery agents and to notify you of my intention to pursue legal action.
I have already requested an extension of time for the repayment of my loan due to the recent loss of my job. Unfortunately, this has significantly affected my ability to meet my financial obligations. But it seems like the recovery agent wants me to do robbery and continue to threaten myself, family members, relatives, friends and previous office staff abuse them on daily basis.
The continuous and escalating nature of the harassment has left me with no other option but to seek legal recourse to protect my rights and personal safety. The unprofessional and unlawful behavior exhibited by these agents has caused me significant distress and anxiety.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue and insist that you thoroughly investigate the individuals involved in this harassment. I expect you to take appropriate action against these agents and prevent any further contact or intimidation from them.
I am prepared to involve legal authorities and relevant consumer protection agencies to address this matter.
It is crucial that you understand the severity of the situation and act swiftly to rectify it. There are using different phone number to call and threatening me and other leaked contact from my phone.
There are multiple of my right violation involved here and again and again calling telling same thing but they said they will see me what does that mean as they had already de-framed me publicly abusing standing in front of my house to my mother and all the contacts and now clearly deny that they didn't do it right to privacy demand my loan amount to my parents address deny to leave my home untill my mother pays them as per as I knew about law this comes under extortion does @PaySense has anything to say about this. No they just clearly deny that they didn't do it after complaining multiple times.
