[Resolved] PaySense — Using my contact list and threatening all my contacts
My name is Nikita Abraham, this is regarding the personal loan I have with pay sense. I had informed so many agents/executives regarding my situation. I have lost my job and I am going through financial crises with bad health conditions. Most importantly, they have called my contacts and humiliated them by talking about all unnecessary topics, because of this, I am facing so many problems, they have shared the loan details with all my contacts and threatened them to pay. They created a nuisance in my life, i am also forced to leave my residence, due to the calls they made in an unethical procedure. Is this an ethical way? Due to this I am asked to vacate the house where I am staying because the agents just come and stand near the apartment. IN spite of informing about my situation. The recovery agents have made my life miserable, I am a lady, staying with my old parents, This is absolutely not a legal way to address the issue. Since this has created a mess in my life, I am going to file a complaint and take this issue legally. I have never denied the payment or absconded from anything. Even though there was a delay in the past payments, I have paid them with interest. I am going through this mental stress. If I was a defaulter, then also things could have been sorted out amicably or legally. You guys have put my whole family in a trauma. I am willing to pay, once my health and financial condition changes. Requesting you to kindly look into this issue as soon as possible with immediate effect. If any unwanted mess is created from now. Instead of threatening the customer to reach the month targets, you guys have crossed all limits. I never wanted to create an issue regarding payment, but the recovery process you used was unethical . Being a woman I am forced and harassed and humiliated to the core. All I told them was I needed little time to seek out and get back on track to pay on time, No courtesy at all. They call from so many numbers and threaten for payments
