[Resolved]  PaySense — 2 EMI Debited even after foreclosing the loan.. Need refund URGENTLY!!!!

I paid my foreclosure amount on 31st December 2022 and still, the EMI for the next 2 months (Jan'23 & Feb 23) got debited. When emailed to customer care initially they said they refunded Rs. 21k out of Rs. 26, 216 (13, 108 per EMI) and now they say you didn't upload the payment receipt in the given link hence the said amount can't be refunded which is ridiculous. We should pay the foreclosure interest and again deduct the extra amount. I need the full amount (Rs. 26, 216) to be refunded on an Urgent Basis!
