please refund all extra charges and close my loan immediately.

With regards to your query on EMI not updated, this is a known issue. Do not worry, we have received your payment and will be updated in the app soon.
I understand your concern that you need to foreclose the loan but there is a minimum requirement of successful 6 EMI payments. I am sorry to say but currently, you do not fulfill the minimum criteria you will have to wait until 6 EMI are paid and updated in the APP.

· Why late fine has been charged for 1180 RS whenthere was delay from paysense side in updating payment, I will not able to payfine kindly remove and update balace amount .
· How is it possible where payment is due and penalty has been updatedproperly andprevious payment you are not ableto update from last 2 month .

There is no technical issues in charging late fine (I have paid late since my last payment was not updated)
There is no technical issues in updating due amount .
Please remove late fee and update my payment else there is no option after this much of follow up .

Techinical issue is from last 6 month ...How is it possible only payment status is not getting updated balance upcoming EMI ...Extra charges are working very well .

For Oct paid amount is 15223 and now Paid amount is showing 13444.
why paysense use to create so much of confusion .
