PaySense — Adding late charge it is no matter you are paying on time or not

My emi date is on 5th of every month.i have paid emi on every 5th but they will add 1190 again and again for late fine on same day(on 5th).i am following with customer care from aug. they are saying they have techincal glith..it will resolve.how much time need to solve technical glitch 2-3 month.they didnot forget to add late payment in emi for next month.
