This is Jatin Trivedi from Vadodara. I've taken a loan from you guys and lately I've been having some financial issues due to which I am unable to pay the EMI's.

Now, I am not denying to make the payment, but I'm just asking for some time to clear out the dues.

I also agree that if payment is not made, I'll receive calls but this does not mean that you'll call my mother and speak in any language. One of you named Kishore I think, called my mother and said like where is that thief and was shouting on her.. What has she done. Don't that guy has any manners or not. I want this escalated right away or I'm going to consumer court.
