PaySense — Changer EMI Amount

Myself Naveen, I have taken personal loan from paysense and I am paying emis regularly from last one year and because of sudden lockdown I have opted for moratorium as per RBI declared and again i have started paying EMI from september and from October 2020 they are asking excess EMI amount Rs 9346 and the actual one is Rs 8382. When we raise mail to paysense they wont respond and their customer care will not work but collection executives keepon calling us for excess EMI.
