[Resolved]  PaySense — charges

I took a loan from paysence. I have cleared all my dues but still paysence is charging me mentioning as they couldn't deduct the amount from my bank, where as they deducted it on time. I have sent may emails to support team to close my loan account and not to charge me but there is no response from them. Please help me and report the paysence to stop charging people and to close my loan account asap
