72551736 is my loan account number with Paysense. And my 1st emi was on June 5th, 2022 which did not got debited after having sufficient balance and it was showing NACH presented at the bank. And there was no pay option in the app for the same reason as NACH presented to the bank.
I started writing mails and raising complaints in their app as there was no phone customer care of the company. And the issue did not got resolved. On the evening of 10th June a customer care executive sent me a whatsapp message of their account details and asked me to make the payment, which I did immediately within 5min.
Now these guys have not updated that and started putting the late payment charges. How in the hell was I suppose to make the payment without having the payment options. And over and above that you can't even call their customer care because they don't have one. Now also I have no idea what to do? I'll try to contact nodal officer of IDFC bank, because IDFC bank is the one which has disbursed the loan, but not sure if it's going to hell Was this information helpful? |
