My business was totally stuck. I will arrenge your payments but your recovery person is very ruff & bad languages using & abusing my father also. Whose rights given to him pressurised me n my father to only 1 emi i skip & very bad languages uses. M fraud or bhag gya chor he n all to toĺd my father. & also told me very bad language.
If my business was totally collapse. How i pay to emi. Thats the reason my privious mail was sent to moratorium or loan restructure.
Kindly provide me his recovery agency details & is it u r employee of paysense. If your employee why he cant given to me his proper details.
If recovery agency, can paysense give to him all rights to abusing customer to only one emi skip.
If your NACH not active. I paid regular emi last 2 month but still not my charges weived. & last 2 mnth emi updated in your system on 2nd nov 2020. Is it right process???
If i faced financial problem, & also Supreme court or RBI do not pressurised customer low pass. & co oprate with customer. So, this type o[censored]sing languages is right.
Dated : 1st dec 2020. I received my payment & paid fot that. But Mrs. Diya singh your recovery person abusing me & my family thats the reason i donot paid emi.
If first apology, to my father first then i paid emi included u r panelty charges. Otherwise i donot pay emi of nov 2020.
Kindly clear first issue of your recovery agency. Then i surely pay my current month emi. This is attached recording with diya singh in u r references
