PaySense — ecs form signed in account yet not received

Hi,
On 13th dec i apply for loan

On 15 dec ur executive came i signed ur ecs form n given to him. After singning the document he told me that within 3 working days amount will be credited to my account. I give all needed document.

After that on app it is showing loan application is approved and your money will disbursed in 24 hour.

Today is 24th december, money not disbursed yet.
Paysensse don't have customer care number. On their email i'd every time only one reply wait for 24-48 hr for update.
I already singned ecs form but yet not received any amount.

12 days gone. Every time this mail. Plz look into it
