PaySense — emi deducted from account but not updated in system

Hi,
I am arun kumar ([protected]), i have taken loan of rs 24000 & my 1st emi was deduced on 3rd nov 2017 & in mobile app showing it will be updated within 5 working days, but it's still not updated in the app, now its showing penalty against no payment done on time.
I have already raise complaint about that issue, but still not get any response.
