PaySense — emi is paid, but app disclosed amount due I.e. including late fine/penalty charges | |||
Hello paysense, I have made my emi payments on time so far, however it was my 9th emi payment which i have paid of which i have all the required references. It is the paysense app which disclosed and still discloses emi payment is overdue/pending. I need to know how can i keep on making payment without knowing the status of my payment (Recent paid emi) when the only portable support i. E app also discloses wrong information, why? I had/have sent so many emails regarding the above mentioned issue, yet there is almost zero response from the paysense support team (Except the automated calls & threatening messages). I have one emi in pending (But how can i pay it when i am not even sure of my prior emi of which the payment is made). Please resolve this issue asap. And i shall further continue to make the remaining pending payments. Was this information helpful? | |||
