PaySense — emi paid on time but fined without any reason

Hi,

I had paid my august month emi of rs3516 on august 5th 2020 which is on due date only, when i checked this month they have fined me of rs 590 after paying my emi on time also
After sending many mails and raised tickets also they are not responding
I dont no the reason why they have fined me, money was debited in my bank account on 5th august only and no mistake from my end
Please check and remove rs 590 fine which they fined after paying on time also

Hi Team,

Still the issue is not resolved and the worst thing is i am getting fined for late payment after paying on time,

I have paid August and September EMI on time and in app it was not showing

After several follow ups no paysense team is calling me

As checked today, still my late fine is not deleted as i paid on time also
To my shock now the fine is showing as 1180, PFA What you are doing, what kind of service is this after paying on time alsoplease call me at [protected] on priority
Also i paid August Emi on 5th August and for September i paid on 3 rd September
to my another shock still my August and September EMI is processing

Is paying on time is my mistake 

Hi Paysense Team,
It's been More than 6 Months. Still my Payment Status for each EMI is not updated. It says "Processing".
Also I have paid my all EMI on Time, Still It says you have Overdue EMI.
If You facing Technical issue, then how bad your technical team is that they take more than 6 months to solve this issue.

Kindly Do the needful.
