My name is Rohit, I had taken a loan from Paysense of 20000 .. Its loan number is [protected]. I have paid all the EMI on time, but the company is paying the penalty charges after the loan is completed. I also talked to their customer care executive for this 4-5 times, Executive says that week time wait has highlighted your issue, today almost all is more than 1 year. But no resolution has been found yet. I also told them that if any EMI is pending, then let me tell you, but he says that your NO EMI PENDING, I have no pending EMI, yet I am going to apply penalty everyday why, Please take a legal action on this, Executive number - [protected] Very bed service Please take the legal action of this kind of service and provide the notice .
