This is to bring into your notice that while being on our telephonic conversation you promised to complete process and loan amount will be credited within 3-5 hrs.
But herein 3-4 days has gone already and even no one least bother to update anything upon my concern neither anyone called nor loan amount credited.
So I request you to please look into this matter on high priority and consider on urgent basis.

Hello, I had applied loan on 5th of July 2018 and still I did not get the money in my account there is status showing Loan approved will send the money in your account soon, but still i did not get the money yet, can you please give me your customer care number or call me my registered email id : Vipin.[protected]@gmail.com Please try to send me money as soon as possible.
I have been receiving the call on behalf of your company stating that my sister had taken loan from them. Which is completely a false claim given by your company.

Only communication way to them is mail, , But they set your email putting extra number plus minus special character, and that can't be a email. Communication way is stopped, Thus foreclosure and statement ll not be possible. No Customers care Number..
They ll not recieve any call.

The information and documents which we ask are used to determine your credit eligibility, without it we won't be able to check it. We check various factors like credit history, income, monthly expenses, Current obligations etc to approve a loan. In your case, you must not have met one of the mentioned criteria.
Re.1 is credited to your account to check if the bank account details provided by a user is correct.
I can see that you can reapply now as we reassess our user account in every 60 days. If you want you can log in to a PaySense app and try again to see if you are eligible to apply for a loan.
