PaySense — harassment and mental torture

Hi,

I had 3 loans in total from Paysense and out of which 2 loans are already closed but as per to paysense they are still saying that 2 loans are still active whereas only 1 loan should be active.
When asked for the NOC letter for the closed loan they are denying to provide the same. Moreover even after paying the EMI, I am still receiving calls from Paysense and they are threatening me that they will take legal actions against me. When their collections team call for no reason they are very abusive and harsh on the call. They have also abused my mother and are giving false information to her. Also they are calling everybody from my contact list and spoiling my name in the family.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, As we can see that you have 3 loans in total and 1 loan is closed and 2 loan has 2 EMI's to be paid and the 3rd loan has 6 Months EMI pending.

Also wanted to inform you that you haven't paid your EMI for the last 263 Days and we have given you a lot of PTP which has been broken. So request you to kindly make timely payments, to avoid such consequences.

To Paysense,

If you say that there are 2 loan pending, when asked to your team why are they are not giving me the complete details of the loan which are active. Moreover, they are just ignoring to what I have to say. I had also requested to change the bank details but I was informed by paysense that it is not possible. How do you expect the EMI to be debited in timely manner.

I do not accept your apology for the misbehaviour that you have done with my mother.

I am Rajendra Chawan, had taken a loan & payed almost 20 installment & after that I was not able to make payment.
I had confirmed to them that I would be paying the same & settling my account which they agreed.
Now I have recived a call again from Paysense, some other lady. She started using bad languages & texting me that she would call my contact numbers & harasse those people. Her number is[protected].

Kindly help me with solution
HI, this side is Govind Rathore! I had taken a loan from paysense 13 month back. after disbursement some of collection executive harrash me for making payment & using abusive language. but whenever i discussed about my nach they deny everytime. it means they intentionally want to extra charges from me and when i deny for giving that extra charges then some of employees harrash me from last 5-6 months.
