PaySense — I'm complaining about EMI payments

Hello! Mr./Miss.

This is related to my Payufin Loan ref. No. STPLSC[protected] of Rs. 43000/-.

First of all I'm registering this complaint that although ALL the required information about my bank details have been collected by the PaySense staff, the first EMI didn't get debited on its own.

Secondly, it's when I inquired about the delay, I was informed that since this is the First EMI I've to do it myself.

Thirdly, after I did the payment, I've been charged Rs.636/- as late payment fees.

Fourthly, after this payment was done by me, still its showing outstanding of the late fee.

Afterall, what's this about?

Why am I being harrassed like this?

I'm sure of getting a satisfactory answer to ALL of my above queries.
