[Resolved]  PaySense — I'm complaining about pay sense service person

Sir/Ma'am,

This is SARAVANAN KUMAR T from Chennai, i have taken LOAN from PaySense Company. My registered mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. I haven't repaid the EMIs properly. Due to COVID-19 i lost my job and still I didn't have a better job. I got a call last week from them, they have told that they have sent legal notice to me. I told them about my situation and asked two months time for settlement. For settlement they have told me to pay 2 EMI on or before 10 March 2022.
I said okay. But I couldn't pay the EMI I asked extension till 15 March 2022. But the person started to accusing me and told me as ### and also spoke in Hindi too. I don't know Hindi language. I called from dad number.
Also, they are keeps on calling my relations and friends number and enquiring about me.
Please consider this as my formal complaint and take necessary action. Within two months I will settle them everything. They don't have rights to scold me and my dad
