PaySense — loan amount not credited

My loan id is [protected].
I have received the alert on 11.10.2019 at 10 am stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app.
While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited.
I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me
