PaySense — loan amount not getting disbursed

I Applied for loan on 25 th of December and on 26 th December the person Collected the signed Nach Mandate from Me
After That i was Told that i would Get money In 24 working hrs

Its Been 2 nd January Today
Almost 6 Days And No One Gives Proper Reply and Loan Has not been Disbursed Yet
I Think They just Take Docs As No Amt. Have Been Disbursed Yet
