[Resolved] PaySense — Loan closed but still showing EMI and NOT active on APP | |||||
I have closed my loan on 17th Feb 2022 foreclosure loan and then they have told us it will take 7-15 days to closed in your app and then you will get NOC of that loan within 30 days, but i have sent so many mails to customer care to close my loan and change the close status in APP but no respond always and then NACH is still active, i'm worry about whether EMI will be deducted on this month on march 5th ...Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. As i informed previous complaints ..they deducted EMI this month without inform me.. very very Fraud and fake Paysense company... i have paid 120000 for 98000 loan ..why don't take any action on this ?
