PaySense — loan closed in the month of february. the company is not closing the loan and not even providing noc

I had taken a loan in the month of july 2018
The whole loan amount was paid in the month of february 2019.

Still the last 3 amounts are showing as if they are processing.

This is an outrage as it has severly affected my cibil score.

I am disgusted by this company and request you to take severe action regarding the same

Updated by shivram sriram These frauds are asking me to pay late payment fee of RS 588 for the instalment date of 3rd November 2018 stating it was a late payment.

But I have screenshot stating that the amount was automatically debited on 3rd November.

Pls help and take serious action against these scammers

Since the month of March to June 590 rs is being deducted for check bounce
Who gave you the authority to use the nach form after the loan has been paid.
I am suing your company you imbeciles

I have been asking to resolve the issue for over 3 months

due to this no one is providing me any loans.

On top of that you have not even provided me with an NOC.

Paysense is not closing my loan Aswell and charged every month 2k almost.. Der is no phone number to contact and i[censored] will send mail.. U will get reply sorry and u will get reply in 48 hour and some technical issues

I have paid my Installments on time and my loan is now closed successfully. I have been emailing since last week for a NOC confirming Loan closure but you guys are least bothered. You guys would call like hell for due payments. But when we require assistance, you don't care. I am requesting you for one last time, please email me my NOC on priority. I have also raised a request through your not so friendly app.
