PaySense — Loan emi details

I have applied for loan of 5laks and it's approved. I was contacted by an agent and pressed me that the rate of interest will be 10.5%. But when everything is processed I see rate of interest is applied as 12%.I also double checked with agent before I approve the application and I was again promised that that will be changed in updated loan agreement which will be shared through email. I am not sure why Do these agents give fake information and process laon.please redirect it to concerned team. It would be great to cancel the loan.
