[Resolved] PaySense — Loan has canceled my side without acceptance but EMI has been deducting from the account

I applied for loan in Nov'21 and initially pay sense bank team has given information for the rate of interest up to 11 % but once its approved they had change the charges to 14%. however the rate of interest changed i had been canceled the loan.
but still EMI amount is deducting from my account. and paysense team is not interested to cancel.
paysense bank are deluding with people.
I have mailed then more the 35 times
