PaySense — Loan repayment issue

Hello Team,

I have taken loan from paysense with the interest rate of 26% for 1.19 lakh for two yrs.

This is my second loan or top loan with paysense. First one was completely successful without any issues.

Second time, after two emis I changed my bank where I had done nach /ECS to paysense loan.

I have been telling number of times to paysense that I changed my bank, please accept new bank details so there won't be bouncing charges from first bank. Paysense told me they cannot do it and every month they have been putting additional charges and interests.

Another important thing is that they have got access to all my contacts through paysense app I downloaded and gave them permission to access my phone gallery messages or contacts. They have been continuously calling everyone from my contacts with whom I share personal and professional relationships, some clients etc. They are telling my name and my loan details with paysense and rudely asking them to pay on my behalf.

I have been questioning paysense customer care about this and even mailed, sent on wats app, spoke over phone call, they are not listening to this and say I don't know anything, will check and get back. But calls never stopped. Even yesterday some of my friends some of them not close friends called me and asking why am I sharing their contact number for my loan.

Third point is that I have been requesting them to share a foreclosure statement from very long. They tell me or wats app this is the amount, pay it. They are not sending me any statement or email confirmation and they always ignored to share principal and interest break up, after month's of struggle they sent me yesterday the breakup of statement till date. Which is again not satisfactory to me as it is not having the break up for the rest of the loan period.

I will attaching few screenshots of the proof on what I have.

And about moratorium, I initially opted for two or three months. And in the month of June I sent them email to stop moratorium but they didn't stop but further increased my emi.

First emi was 6436 which got increased by 6721 and again they increased it to 7175.

When I told and paid only 6721 as emi as I didn't opt for second time moratorium, they again started calling my contacts and torturing everyone. Do they have authority to call like this except those I shared as witness? I am having mental harassment by people at least I share a professional relationship with.

My pending loan is about 68 or 70k and the total moratorium charges is 9.5k is it fair percentage, monthly interest of 2.20% ?

My only wish is to settle this amount and come out of this scam where they made me allow them use my data and I feel insecured now.

I want them to share the fair settlement and issue me NOC and stop calling anyone from my contacts.
