PaySense — misbehave and humiliation by banks collection team | |||
I have taken a loan from paysense with loan number sl1293271 of rs 88000 for 9 months. I have paid 7 emis and then due to my job loss in jan, i could not pay last two emis of feb and mar for which i requested the company to give me some time, so that i can make and alternate arrangements to pay the pending dues or once i get my salary by end of april, i will be paying the dues. But instead of allowing me the requested time, they called my friends and families by accessing contact details from my mobile phone and started abusing them and humiliating them. Please do the needful as soon as possible and help me take an action against this company because they have breached collection rule defined by the rbi. Also to get access to contacts, they say they need contact access just to decide the credit limit while they are misusing the data. Was this information helpful? | |||
