Sir last months emi paying one day late but not showing in paysense apps

Last 3_5 time in mail and call mi but nothing call mi

But send mi mail i will call you and not a call allready 590 duse charges in paid but late charges in 1 rupees showing

5th august 3020 last emi paid but not showing
