PaySense — no reply from support no way to contact them moratorium related

I have an ongoing loan with paysense and i have trying to contact them since a long time to grant me moratorium as there is no income because of the ongoing lockdowns. I have written to them via their in app option several times and no-one cares to reply me. There's no other way to contact them. And they have increased my tenure too for the first two months moratorium provided. I wanted to opt for the increase in emi amount and not the tenure as i can choose between those two as rbi directions. They are only considering their own benefit and are acting cruelly in this testing times. At least care to reply or contact me. This period of lockdown has been very stressful and i have been struggling to get by because of no income as my business is shut. And they are prompt in increasing their income but do not care to even reply or contact me or provide a number for thei customers to contact.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We understand these are hard times & we are trying our best to support our customers during this time.

We are providing extended moratorium services to our customers & an SMS/APP notifications were sent out to them for opting in. These notifications will be sent every month for moratorium registration for the coming month. Similarly, notifications were sent in May too for June opt in.

I didn't receive any message or email in May. And your app didn't mention anything too. I only got to know when I got the message from my bank stating NACH failed. I assumed that the moratorium announced will by default be extended. I am getting daily messages now to pay the EMI and you have charged the late fees also and are about to charge more interest. I am barely able to manage my day to day expenses because of the lockdowns. I got a mail from your side which said to contact Fullerton for this. I contacted them and they don't recognise my LAN, number or email id. Do something. Please call me. To let me elaborate more.
