I pay my EMi on time but then also they impose penalty charges and when I complain about it, the issue get resolve for few days and again they impose penalty charges, I update the same in Social media they inform that the extra amount will be adjusted but not a single time the penalty charges not adjusted.
So coming EMI date is 3rd July and I need to some 7.5k but they charged 8.2k with penalty charges, so in this situation if this will happen so how can we give the money.
Customer service only say that there is some technical issue and for that reason this is happening.
As per me they running some other fraud business.
It is a mental harassment.
