I have a personal loan with PaySense started in Dec 2021 and till now, all the EMIs got auto-debited on time without any bounces or delays. My EMI date is the 5th and every month it's going perfectly. There is an overdue Rs 2 showing in their mobile App since the Oct EMI and I sent a mail to their support team to clarify the same. They confirmed that the issue is due to a technical problem with their platform and will resolve it within a few days. It has been more than a month, and I have sent 3 emails, but there is no solution or follow-up from the PaySense team. My EMI for Nov debited from my a/c on time as scheduled on the 5th but now the mobile App shows a message saying that the EMI failed to debit my a/c and asking me to pay the same. Even after debiting the EMI from my a/c, they are asking me to make the payment again. The customer care system of PaySense is absolutely pathetic. There is only one mail ID available and when you send a mail, you will get an automatic reply only, nothing else.
Very poor service level. The interesting thing is they had included the Rs 2 in the Nov EMI and debited from my a/c and still asking to pay the money.
