Hi, I had 8 loans with paysense and paid all emis on time. Due to some issues i missed on couple of payments. I want to talk with someone to close this however no way to reach, no response to my emails, no response from the mansoor khan Advocate - high court - mumbai [protected] Who mentioned in email to contact him, i am calling from 2 days and have also messaged. I had good experience until i was paying however if your long time customers have any difficulties then your company should understand and assist to resolve. Your company is just sending me messages for LOAN closure and legal case and your collections team is not replying to me. What ### is this. Your company is harassing with messages and when I am emailing and calling your collections team, they are not interested and not responding. I will next put this on Twitter and Facebook.

Its Vikram Pawar. My registered email id is - [email protected]. I have been emailing to your support team, speaking with your collections team and its been a month. Can you please check and let me know on my email what amount i need to pay to settle the loan. My charges and interest have increased due to delay in response.

when will you solve my problem? I am receiving your text messages and your collections team is not helping me to close the loan. From the past more than a month, no one is responding and my dues are increasing.
