[Resolved] PaySense — top up loan amount disbursed but not credited to my bank account | |||
I have applied for top up loan on paysense app on 15/07/2019 they approved and send message on 22/07/2019 your loan amount disbursed to your state bank account but still i did not get my amount in bank account. I send mails but they are not giving any proper response and did not contact me app is showing amount disbursed to bank account.. My loan account number is sl2465442. Aug 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved paysense emailed me with the proper steps taken against my complaint they responded and solved the issue | |||

It shows that the loan amount has been disbursed into your account, however if the same has not been received by you then would request you to send us your E - Bank statement in PDF format from 1st of July to till date to [protected]@gopaysense.com so that we can look into this and help you at the earliest.
