"Rating is Zero." It is not about the NOC query, and my main worry is that the people that work for Paysense lack basic knowledge and courtesy when dealing with consumers. Paysense services have left me unhappy. No reasonable responses, utter reckless behavior, and we had to contact several times to pay the whole amount and close the loan. In my case, there were delays on your end and no response from Paysense, and the next day, Paysense staff responded after phoning several times and charged additional interest.
I consented to take the loan from Paysense, and that does not imply we are servants to the individuals who work there; we surely owe self-respect, and we have self-respect. Was this information helpful? |
