PaySense — unnecessary adding additional charges, not properly updates in app

Myself antony johnson, i have activated nach for auto debit. But paysense did not debit and no payment options in the app. Now they ask to pay 263 rs for nach activation charge every emi. However i paid 263 rs via app still now there is no updates in app only show processing. And i don't apply for moratorium, also they add interest for outstanding loan. My loan was postponed without my permission, then why will i pay interest. Paysense team collect too much of money to their customer by the name of corona.

Updated by Antonyjm96 Every month extra charges debited in my account . and monthly EMI amount is not debited, and automatically over due showing in app, customer care is no response in my mail
