Dear Consumer Complaint Cell,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Paysens for their unethical and harassing practices despite the full and final settlement of my loan in 2021.
Issue Details:
I settled my loan with Paysens as per their agreed settlement terms in 2021.
Despite this, I am still receiving harassment calls and emails from their representatives, falsely claiming legal action against me.
This has severely impacted my credit score for the past five years, causing financial distress and limiting my access to fair financial opportunities.
Multiple requests to Paysens to correct their records and stop the harassment have been ignored.
Request for Immediate Action:
I request the Consumer Forum/RBI Ombudsman to take strict action against Paysens for:
Unfair and unethical harassment of a consumer post-loan settlement.
Failure to update credit records, which has negatively affected my financial profile for years.
False legal threats despite no outstanding dues.
I kindly urge you to intervene and ensure:
Paysens updates my loan status as 'Closed' across all credit bureaus.
Immediate cessation of harassment through calls/emails.
Compensation for damages caused due to their negligence.
Attached are all supporting documents, including my loan settlement proof and recent harassment communications. Please escalate this matter at the earliest and ensure justice is served.
