PaySense — using abusive language | |||||
I am gating calls from recovery agent of Paysense and using abusing languages and threatening to my dad and mom on call and even calling on my all contact number and saying i have given number in reference.this paysense recovery team are using abusive languages and provoking me to use abusive language, they dont know how to talk with customer, i have send couple of mails to [protected]@paysense.com but dont get any reply... I have received a mail, app notification, . SMS & WhatsApp mesg that the loan amount is disbursal has been credited to you bank account but when I checked my bank details I don't see any amount has been credited by paysense I request you to kindly look into this they are are not even responding to mails
