This is my second time i took loan from paysense.i used to make timely payment before but this time I couldn't make my payment on time so they are threatening me to keep money ready will send there people in my home and been continuosly sending text evry second. In 10 mint I received more than 100+ sms. This my first time I am facing such issues and harassment. No other company ever does this kind of behaviour...

I have not applied for any loan from PaySense. This company has made an unauthorized hard inquiry of my credit score...

I got my LOAN amount approves i got the sanction letter too all the process has been done...they told me thaat amount will be CREDited within 12 hours but thats just a ###.....

I paid my foreclosure amount on 1st october through NEFT. Did not received any reply after so many emails sent by me. Then my emi was deducted on 5th. Still I am not getting any reply. All details are already sent to paysense and related forms are also submitted. Now I am continuously trying to get my loan account closed and refund of one emi. But not getting any response. Very bad customer service....

Without knowing me they are charged for late payment charges and from collection team nothing said about late payment.. i need waiver for LPC.. I'm not going to pay single rupees. Full amount lpc should be waived off.. and i alredy paid all emi.. i need a justice for this......

I have taken a loan from paysense and I have been paying my emi regularing expect for the last three months due to some personal issues.

I have requested and shared the mobile no who have called my friends and family. But no response and people have been still calling.

I spoke to Mr Sanjeev (Paysense), He told that they got the numbers to whom I have speaking.

So this is clear case of hacking...

Repeatedly they call in my contact numbers, they put more interest, they disturbing others and talk rashly, who gave access to my contact number, they don't know English, they don't give time to clear the amount, they call to my company I lost my reputation, more irritating people, they torture...

They don't have common sense, they call everyone in my contact who give access to them, they talk in Hindi only they don't know English, so irritating and they scolding...

Some people are calling my family contacts and harassing with a vulgar language. I have cleared all my EMIs and was informed to the paysense team in writte emails . but still they are keep on calling to everyone on my contact list. This is so unprofessional . It is very disappointed to hear such calls with vulgarity. How can I remove my contacts access from Paysense...

I have missed only 1 emi and was informed to the paysense team that it will be done on 25th but still they are keep on calling to everyone on my contact list. This is so unprofessional even bank gives some levie time to clear the emi within the same month. It is very disappointed to hear such calls with vulgarity. How can I remove my contacts access from Paysense....

I took LOAN on December 2021 I paid the emi for all month. This month was delay because salary reasons and is not yet over. But these ### HACKed my phone, took all CONTACTs and called to them. Insulted me before everyone. If this is going to continue I will commit suicide. Before that I will write a email, letter to commissioner and CYBER CRIME stated that the reason for my suicide is Pay sense team. See we will pay the amount. We didn't...

I am getting automated spam calls for a loan everyday multiple times. I dont need any loan then also it comes again and again. Please stop it....

It is annoying to receive a call from Paysense in association with kredit bee continuously to avail loan. Since i am not interested in taking any loan from paysense or kredit bees, please do not call me on my number [protected].

I havent registered anywhere. But still i am getting call....

There was one agent who called me when I was looking for a personal
Loan and he tried to apply through Paysense and since I didn’t like it I asked him to cancel my application so he did.
After that day so it’s been more than 3 months and not a day has gone by where I don’t get calls or messages from them. They keep calling me every single day no time. Nothing. They call me so many times in a day and I can’t tell you...

Took loan of around 180000 and paid 14 EMI and thought here interest rate is high so planned to foreclose and requested foreclosure amount on July 10 and July 11 itself paid money and debited successful and mailed to paysense regarding payment with attached screenshot of bank withdrawal and requested for NOC, and I was keep on follow on mails but no response from paysense.

Paysense recovery agents have been harassing me n people who arein my contact and I don't even know them. They are calling old parents and abusing them. They have crossed every limit. Saurabh patil,[protected] priya Singh,[protected],[protected]...

Recovery people use me my Call list and contact my relatives, friends and my clients...

My Name is Deepak i have applied for a topup loan every thing has been completed app shows your amount has been disbursed for last 3 days from 12 July but the amount has not been credited to my account yet I have mailed several times to them and visited for last two days they are saying it will be disbursed today it will be disbursed today. Paysense is a fraud company and I am moving to court. I already paid the foreclosure amount on 14th April but they still deduct EMIs and did not close my loan. They asked me to raise a chargeback with my bank which I did but the payment aggregator payU informed that the payment was already credited to paysense on 16th April. Paysense lied to me and charging me interest. I will move to the court and I need fair compensation. I do not know...
