My email ID SET WRONG JAN bujhke.. Plus minus number se bhora email id set kiya.. Now i can't contact with them. Only communication way is mailing wo👌bhi bondh.. Email id edit bhi nahi ho raha hai, na hai koi customers care number. Really Horrible situation, foreclosure korna bohut muskil hai.. Finance ministry /PM ko yeh najor me ana chahiye.. Our fate fully on their hand.. Plz

    I have given commitment to pay the amount on 8th of Feb but unfortunately my amount not arranged so i asked to pay on 15th but they are speaking abusingly. please do need full ASAP.

      I closed maximum amount of my loan now I have only 2 months emi only just ₹ 15812 when I login in paysense portal. But if I close full loan it's showing ₹55361. How don't know how it's is came. I really shocked and tried to contact there is no single response from them

        I have taken the Personal Loan of Rs.2, 58, 000 from the Paysense, where they had mentioned my wrong E-Mail Address "[protected]@gmail.com", where my correct E-Mail Address is "[protected]@gmail.com". I had asked from them to change the Email Address, since 5-Dec-2022. I am struggling to get my Email Address updated. Many Follow Ups has been done but no response from them.
        As the Paysense doesn't have any Customer Care Number.
        Because of this I am not getting the my Loan statement from them.
        PaySense customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have not received any response from their's side

          I've took a loan of 30k unable to pay my emis they starts to call my bosses n threatening me to pay. I asked for time. They saying we can't provide you time. Do what you can we need money now. & Saying we will insult you infront of your colleagues . I said about government rules but they saying we don't need to follow that we know how to recover our money. Please help can't register complaint in RBI my loan id STPLSC[protected]

            Hi,
            I took loan about in 2018 but due to covid was unable to pay my EMI on time. But now I have money hence I connected with paysense to clear the loan amount.
            But while I am in coordination to get this done . Someone from pay sense tried to call some my family memeber started abusing them, dont know how they got those numbers.
            If I am in coordination to pay the pending amount then why they are abusing my family .
            If it's legal team what they where doing till the time, when I approached them to know the process of clearance since tht time they started troubling my family members .

              Some scam person contact me before 2 month and told like paysense employee and offer me loan so I'm asking 50k but that scam persons talking loan 2L by using my name and that person gave me an account details and return 1.50l to the account and loan amount will be reduced he told like that so I have refund the amount to the account now only I realized this was an scam so I can't pay emi I'm from poor family so if this problem not resolved I have a plan to suicide with my family.

                I didnt pay the emi because of my health issue. . I will repay the amount, your agents are torturing me like anything. Though they know that as woman am staying alone. By Physical and mental torturing . If am committing suicide then you and your agents are the reason. I will pay you the amount. I am not going to run away. I didnt change my number or address. Men are coming to house and shouting .Please stop torturing me. Now I got mild attack and admitted in the hospital.

                  I never contacted PaySense for any loans but not sure how they logged in my application even without my signed application, and I wonder how they got my documents as well. This is really ridiculous

                    I have been having relationship with paysense with 1 year and more, still date I have not missed a single EMI, but this month due to some personal problem I couldn't pay my EMI and this app's recovery agents are using my contacts and calling them and abusing

                      I am receiving multiple calls and messages during my work hours for the EMI payment for December. I had already paid the EMI on 1st of December and shared the proof on an email and Whatsapp as well. I am still getting messages asking me to pay. I am facing harrassment as my payment is still not updated on the PaySense website/app.

                        Paysense is worst app i took loan in 2018 and i paid of f1 loan second loan i paid certain emi in 2019 till march 2020 later due to lockdown i was jobless i tried reaching paysense customer care but could not as there was no contact details available in the app.
                        Now after three years they have accumulated huge interest and asking me to pay calling using abusive language and calling all my contacts and spoiling my reputation.
                        I cant pay a single rupee to them for their worst act.
                        Please look into this.

                            I want to complain about the behavior of Paysens agent. He has very bad behaviour. Let's talk abusively. Plus take out my contacts and call my relatives. My friends call circle.
                            The loan I had taken earlier, I have done on the first regular basis of COVID.Even after 8th emi regular paid . my company is closed. My condition is not good. You have not been able to pay the money. Plz stop calling my friends, family.

                              I have a personal loan with PaySense started in Dec 2021 and till now, all the EMIs got auto-debited on time without any bounces or delays. My EMI date is the 5th and every month it's going perfectly. There is an overdue Rs 2 showing in their mobile App since the Oct EMI and I sent a mail to their support team to clarify the same. They confirmed that the issue is due to a technical problem with their platform and will resolve it within a few days. It has been more than a month, and I have sent 3 emails, but there is no solution or follow-up from the PaySense team. My EMI for Nov debited from my a/c on time as scheduled on the 5th but now the mobile App shows a message saying that the EMI failed to debit my a/c and asking me to pay the same. Even after debiting the EMI from my a/c, they are asking me to make the payment again. The customer care system of PaySense is absolutely pathetic. There is only one mail ID available and when you send a mail, you will get an automatic reply only, nothing else.

                              Very poor service level. The interesting thing is they had included the Rs 2 in the Nov EMI and debited from my a/c and still asking to pay the money.

                                I have amount in my account for 32th EMI.and i waiting to deduct my emi. Today i have received call and message for submit emi with penalty. Why I will submit late charge and Penalty.
                                I searching pay now option in app. But not available at app. I already submit nach auto deduction form and continues deduct my emi from my account.
                                Please remove late payment charge and penalty. And pay now option enable to emi submit.
                                Allready Same problem faces at nov2021.
                                Company sending following massage Continuesly.

                                  I really want to know if your executive team is in agreement/ aware about your Paysence information and policies. Why are you sending us various information when you should all be sticking to the same message? This shows that you are misleading your customers.

                                  Please confirm in writing which bank account the DD should be submitted to and what beneficiary name should be listed on it. You could also clarify whether youneed the loan account number on the DD.

                                    I have taken a loan 8 months back from this company. Last month I have done the foreclosure payment and sent all the payment details to customers service team. I am chasing their team from last 3 weeks but didn’t getting any information, all the time they just accelerate this and says We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. There is no customer care number to talk to them.

                                    This month on 5th November they even deducted the EMI amount again after foreclosure payment.
                                    And again they are only sending automated mails that we will get back to you.

                                      Very vulguar, unprofessional and abusing language used by girls in the emi recovery system name esha patil, phone no . [protected].
                                      I took a loan but currently I am in a bad situation and i couldn't able to pay the emi due to health and financial issue . In this regard i did spoke to to Ms esha but she continously harrassing and abusing me, my family and friends .
                                      My intention is very clear on the loan . I have taken to repay once the situation stabilise due to financial issue.
                                      But i need some time for the same.
