Paysense — very rude and abusive staff

Hi,

This would be the worst company i have ever worked with. No professionalism at all and they way they talk is like rowdy. I have been paying my emi on time since 6 months and due to some unforeseen reason had to miss a month of emi. I have been in touch with these people on a regular basis when ever i get any call i lift it and that would turn to be a ivr. And yesterday i got a message that it would be a "willful default" which is not as i informed that payment would be done in 3 days and would send a screenshot of the same. I contacted on the number which was provided in the message and sent messages of the situation and they started asking me for proofs. Before i even get to ask what kind of proofs they would need i get a call from a agent ajit singh (Not sure about the name) and he started to talk in a very high tone and as if he does not care about any this. I kept on asking him to talk in a professional way but he got me irritated and when i started to talk about the rules and asked about his designation he gave the phone to some one who claimed to be an advocate. (Which i doubt he is) i explained him whats going on and the way the agents are talking to me and there was a lot of noise in the background. No this guy does the same and started to abuse me and my day in a smart way and over that went too personal and said "tere awkhat nai hain" and disconnected the call. I call back and the person said "do not call me ever again i would do what needs to be done" i called him again and asked him the procedure of closing the loan completely. He again said "awkhat dekh apni rs.5/- nai hain tere account mai app pe jaa aur pay kar pehale hat phone rakh ab" i got pissed and lost my cool with the both of them. When i go to the app there is no way to pre close the loan. And now they send multiple emails that there was no response from me since 26 days which is wrong. And it is being reported as a willful default which is again wrong as i was well in contact with them. And it was just a 1 month emi and i informed them i would take the penalties and every fee that i need to pay for the delay. And now they are literally threatening they have call recording (And they said they were not in contact for 26days) i have replied to there emails (But they claimed they did not receive any response). I get a message which says. I would never get any loan from any bank in the future as they reported me as willful defaulter. This is the worst experience i have ever had.
