PaySense — worst services,vulgar language usage by employees

Pathetic services by paysense, collection team does not understand customer problems, there complete team is abusive nad using vulgar language,
Apart from this they have accesses by complete device information and called all the phone numbers,
Which is illegal and its my number call me i will once i could arrange money or get job.
There employees like nikhil rani says you can suicide also but first pay money now
In this case first we need to talk customer or escalate to a team who can handle sensitive issues
I am attaching screen shots of coversation which nikhil from Paysense had.
I am waiting for positive response from paysense, then i will pay my 30000 loan amount
