PaySense — Wrong Late payment charges and penalty on loan

Dear Team,

I am facing worst experience with your pay sense app. Auto debate on 5th Dec 2020. Here NACH status not updated untill 12th Dec 2020. Again on 12th they mentioned late payment charges of 590/-. Where Pay now option disabled in my app from 5th to 12th December. Pay now option enabled on 13th Dec 2020 with late payment charges and penalty. I have amount in my bank account.

I have paid EMI on 14th and late payment charges also. But untill now no update in app regards EMI and late payment. I have given multiple mails on 13th and 14th Dec 2020. But untill now no response to my mail or update in app.

Again on 17th it showed again 17/- charge. Why charges are applied after payment. I want to compliant all these to appliate authority of RBI. KINDLY REPLY ASAP. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
