PaySense — Wrong penalty and additional charges

My EMI is been deducted on every 5th of the month through nach, but since last emi i am charged with 590 rupee penalty for which i mailed paysense but only computerised revert is recieved. and this month i am charged with 1180 rupee penalty and instead of 5491 rupees it is asking to pay 7851...kindly resolve my problem..
i want paysense to deduct only emi amount and remove all the penalty ..because there is no delay from my side
