I ordered 2 items in a single order from same seller, order no [protected] on 9:29 pm, jul 11 2016.
On 17th july, i received single package from courier.
Invoice over & inner of the package containing 2 items i was ordered.
But when i opened the package, i found only one item.
Immediately i tried to contact paytm phone support, but they don't have an option to talk with support staff and not even an option to give complaint about the undelivered order.
I disappointed and sent complaint via paytm contact. Ticket no. Is 04542006.
I received reply as:
Please share the images of the product, invoice and the packaging (Inner/outer). Also, please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open when the product was delivered.
I was sent pics taken by my phone and sent many times.
But still i am receiving same messages requesting images. Today received response as:
Please share the images and invoice of the product in pdf format. We'll check and do needful asap.
Today 23rd. I was raised ticket on 17th.
How can i give a proof to show that i received a partial order?
Not received a single call from paytm asking about the ticket and not fixing my problem.
