[Resolved] Paytm — 1 out of 2 items not delivered even after paying money - no response now | |||||
I have ordered 2 bean bags from Paytm and got delivery of Only 1 Bean Bag on 29 Dec 15. Order number is [protected]. As per enquiry with Courier guy he said there is only 1 bean bag sent as a part of the order and I lodged a complain with Paytm on the same day Ticket number is[protected]. Initially I got a reply from team that product will be delivered in 4-5 working days but after I didn't got the product. I have been chasing up on email from that day and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Its been around 20 days now I have sent around 10-11 emails but they have stopped replying to my email altogether. Paytm do not have a customer care number and email is the only option which I am not getting any response now. Can you please help me to get hold of the company POCs as I am really frustrated with no response on my complain till date. Email is available for reference. Jan 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a email from Paytm team about refund being processed and today the refund has been credited in my PayTM wallet.
