Paytm — 5312/- deducted from my paytm account

I added 5000/- to my paytm account with id [protected]. Now my account balance is 0. Total balance was 5312/-. I did not transfer from my wallet to any other account. I received a message for balance transfer to numbers "[protected]" and "[protected]". I dont even know who these numbers are? Below are the transactions from my paytm account.
