Paytm — Account disabled without informing | |||||
Hello I have had an account with Paytm since few months and had been actively using it. From past a month I had not been able to place any order. So at first, I sent a querry about it with a screen shot. I got a revert stating the team will work on it and get back within 3 days. After a few days I tried again but I still couldn't place any order. I again sent an enquiry but all in vain. After sending these enquiries a couple of times and none being fruitful. I wrote a mail after 20 days to paytm care giving my feedback that I have not yet received any help or clarification about my account not active. After the feedback mail, I got a revert saying my account has been flagged due to suspicious activities and hence temporarily disabled. It's highly upsetting that you seek solution and get your account disabled. There has been no ground on which they can mark any thing 'suspicious' as my account has been verified and none such activity has been performed. Sad to see the performance of a portal well trusted.
