Paytm — Account locked without any info | |||
Paytm account lock without any info and showing Error Like "Oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs" if you can by any product, when i asked to Costumer care person " why happend?" they says your account will activated but after that they are no any action taken . i was 10-14 times mail and called but always got same response "Hello, Thanks for contacting us. We checked once again to validate your account activity. Your account has been flagged again because of which it will continue to be disabled. We request you to initiate a P2B transfer following the steps mentioned below: 1. Sign in to your Paytm account through wallet App. 2. Go to Send option and click on "Bank A/c" under Send option. 3. Enter your bank account details and click on "Send Money" tab. The transfer will be processed in 24 hours. Hope that helps!
