Paytm — Added rs1000 in paytm wallet on 16th january, money got deducted, but only rs 500 reflected in paytm wallet

I Had added Rs 1000 on 16th January, However only Rs500 got reflected.
I have raised several tickets (#[protected], #[protected], #[protected] in these 20 days, but my problem has not been addressed yet.
Please help.
