Paytm — amount credited in wrong v.c

i karimuddin malik having v.c no [protected] with dish t.v i have made a payment of rs 2880 on 14 of march 2015 but it has wrongly credited to [protected] i am asking for operter i.d from paytm but they are not providing with the same inspite of several mail unfortunately they dont have any custemer care no in india pls help me in these regard
