Paytm — Amount deducted but no recharge

I have done recharge of amount 296 for (3 G) internet data on 1 June-2016 around 3:02 P.M in air-tel sim of no-[protected] .But my recharge amount deducted and no amount of data came in the mobile. So i kindly request that please refund that amount into bank, Pay-Tm wallet or even recharged that internet data of amount 296 Rs into the same air-tel no-[protected].
